The Best Bodyweight Workouts For Losing Weight

Losing weight can become a long tiresome process. This aspect has led to many people looking for other means of losing weight such as going under the knife While this is always a faster way of losing weight not everyone is up for it and thus they tend to seek other means in which they can be able to do just that. That said I will be sharing with you, in this article, how you can be able to lose weight with these simple body weight workouts that challenges your entire body.  

The first workout
Do not take any rest while performing these workouts. Repeat them at least 3 – 4 times on a weekly basis.

Body weight Squat (15 times)
Jump Squats (15 times)
Reverse Lunges (10 times)
Sumo Lunges (10 times)

Second workout

For the second workout spend at least 45 minutes while running through the movements listed below. Each week ensure that you record your time and then try as much as possible to beat them the next time you are exercising. Do this workout every week.

Clap Push-Up (10 times)
Body weight Row/Inverted Row (10 – 15 times)
Pistol Squat to Bench (8 times)
Feet elevated Push-Up (10 times)
Pull-Up (6 – 8 times)
Single Leg Hip Bridge on bench (8 times)
Plank to Push-Up (10 times on each side)
